Hours of Operation:

Monday- Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM MST

Saturday: 11 AM – 5 PM MST

Sunday: Reserved appointment times pending scheduling

Holidays: closed


Scheduling:

Scheduling in advance (one – two weeks is preferred but at least 3 days prior) will allow me to reserve time for you and make your training a top priority.  Scheduling a minimum of 3 days in advance is required for all training consultations.  Any requests made 48 hours or less will be required to pay an additional $60 fee. 


Confidentiality:

I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and your information will never be divulged to any third party.


Rush Jobs:

Training projects that have an unusually quick turnaround or that require work outside of our normal business hours or holidays are subject to an additional fee.

Billing:

Invoices are sent to clients after booking confirmation and are to be paid in full prior to start of first training session by 48 hours. Any payment made within 48- hour window prior to start of training will have a $25 late fee applied.  Any payment not made by the start of first training session will have a $50 late fee applied. 


Payments:

I accept payments via Cash, Credit Card, Check and Venmo. 


Cancellation Policy:

I do allow cancellations.  Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the start of training can cancel with full refund if payment had been made.  Cancellations with-in 72-hour window prior to first training session will be refunded 60% of payment.  Cancellations made after first training sessions will not be refunded.
