Red Rocks State Park

One of Colorado’s most renowned destinations, known for its picturesque scenery, epic hiking, and iconic live concerts, Red Rocks State Park is a must-do with your dog when in Denver. Red Rocks offers multiple pet-friendly trails, paved and unpaved, providing adventures for you and the pup (note: pets must be leashed at all times). Located just 10 miles west of downtown you can crank up the tunes and explore!

Cherry Creek State Park

15 minutes from downtown Denver, this sprawling, natural area offers opportunities to hike, swim, cycle, camp, explore, and more. For dog owners, a fenced, off-leash 107-acre dog park is a great place to play and exercise; plenty of trails and even a dog swim area will keep your furry friend busy while you enjoy the natural beauty which is never hard to escape when visiting Denver.

Westminster Hills Dog Park

Before or after your trip to Four Noses you can visit the incredible 420-acre off leash dog park fitted with trails and breathtaking views of the mountains. Similar to the Cherry Creek State Park this open space is equipped for all of your outdoor needs. With areas to play, trails to walk, and rivers to play in, your dog is going to have the time of their life while you take in the spectacular scenery. Seriously, this picture does not do it justice.
